PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment
For your online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of your order process. In the event of possible order cancellations or stock-related issues, refunds for canceled orders will be made to your credit card within 14 business days.
Delivery
We strive to deliver your ordered products to the shipping company on the same day. For products that require a longer supply period, the shipping delivery time is 7 business days, as stated in the product details. You will be informed in case of possible delivery delays.
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of your products, please provide the address where you will be available during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed according to the delivery method selected at the end of your order. Products from our Istanbul-based company will be shipped via Aras Kargo or Yurtiçi Kargo. After your order is approved, it will be delivered to the cargo company within a maximum of 7 (seven) business days.
You may contact our customer representative to discuss alternative delivery conditions. Additionally, cargo deliveries are valid only within Turkey.
Payment Tracking
If the system cannot complete the transaction for any reason, the visitor will be informed of the situation at the end of the payment page.
In case of any error in the specified address resulting in unsuccessful delivery, the customer who placed the order will be contacted.
The validity of the email address provided by the visitor is confirmed through an automatic email sent after the order is received.
We are responsible not only to our customers but also to the bank whose credit card system we use regarding the successful completion of the delivery.
Please Pay Attention!
If you believe that the package was damaged during shipment, please open and inspect it in the presence of the cargo company representative before accepting delivery. If you think the product is damaged, do not accept the product and request the cargo company to prepare a damage report.
Once the product has been accepted, it is considered that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely.

Once you complete these procedures, we will begin the necessary actions regarding your package and ensure that delivery is repeated as soon as possible.
If you briefly explain in your email why you want to return the product, it will help us improve our processes related to the product.
